How long does shipping take?

We ship your order within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 days depending on your location.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged?

Please record an unboxing video when opening your package. If your item is broken or damaged, email us the video and we’ll arrange a refund or exchange.

Do you accept returns?

We offer a 30-day return if the gold color fades. Just email us with clear images of the issue. Returns for other reasons aren’t accepted.
